Warranty and Returns Policies

WARRANTY

Kalm warrants the KryoSpa Cold Plunge Water Chiller to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product.

RETURNS 

Within 90 Days:

• • If your KryoSpa Cold Plunge Water Chiller malfunctions or exhibits a defect within 90 days of delivery, Kalm will cover the shipping cost for the return of the unit.
  • Kalm is not responsible for providing the wooden box used for initial delivery. You can return the unit in its original packaging or secure alternative packaging.
  • Kalm will arrange for a replacement unit or repair the defective unit at its discretion.

After 90 Days:

• • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the KryoSpa Cold Plunge Water Chiller for repair.
  • Kalm will diagnose the issue and provide a repair estimate. The customer is responsible for all repair costs.
