Refund and Return Policy

At Sauna Sanctuary, we pride ourselves on offering premium products designed for exceptional performance and durability. To maintain our high standards, we have implemented the following return and refund policy:

1. No Returns on Non-Defective Products
   We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items unless they are defective. 

2. Defective Products
   If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@mysaunasanctuary.com We will arrange for the item to be inspected, and if deemed defective, we will either repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion. 

3. Inspection Process
   All claims of defects must be verified by our team. We may request photos or video evidence of the defect. Upon review, we will provide guidance on the next steps.

4. Non-Eligible Items
   Any damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns, repairs, or refunds.

5. Final Sale
   All sales are considered final unless the product is deemed defective. We do not accept exchanges.
