Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: Items are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified by the retailer.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Gift cards.

2. Initiating a Return

Steps to Return an Item

  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  4. Shipping: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: My Sauna Sanctuary will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Other Reasons: For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refund Process
