1. General Return Policy
- Return Timeframe: You can usually return items within 30 days from the delivery date. After 30 days no returns will be accepted. Please refer to your product'sΒ Warranty and Returns PoliciesΒ tab for more information.Β Β
- Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
2. Different Types of Returns and Refunds
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If the product is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- We will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, and we will cover the shipping costs.
Wrong Product or Never Arrived:
- If you received the wrong product or the product never arrived, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date).
- If product has either been lost in carriage or never been shipped, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, and weβll cover the shipping costs. Please refer to our shipping policy for late deliveries.Β
Change of Mind:
- If youβve changed your mind, you can usually return the item within 30 days of delivery, as long as itβs unused and in its original condition. Please refer to your product's Warranty and Returns Policies tab for more information.
- Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Cancellation After Ordering:
- If your order hasnβt shipped, you can cancel it within 24 hours for a full refund.
- If the order has already shipped, youβll need to follow the return process and cover the return shipping costs.
3. How to Return an Item
Steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at sales@mysaunasanctuary.comΒ to start the return process.
- Approval: Once we approve your return, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the Item: Repack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
- Ship the Item: Write the RMA number on the package and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.
4. Refund Process
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
- It may take 7-9 business days to process the refund after approval, depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchange Process
- We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.
- For any other exchanges, please follow the return process and place a new order.
- We will cover the shipping costs for defective or damaged items.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
Report Damage:
- Inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 7 days if it is damaged or defective.
- Please include photos of the damage when you contact us.
Resolution:
- We will either send a replacement or provide a full refund, at our sole discretion.
- Sauna Sanctuary will cover all shipping costs related to the return or replacement of damaged or defective products.Β
