Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been processed.

2. Shipping methods and costs

All shipping is free of charge. We use transnational and international shipping partners to ensure that your products arrive at their intended destination quickly and safely. 

3. Estimated delivery times

Please note that total delivery time includes order processing time (1-2 business days) and shipping time (2-19 business days).

The total delivery time is between 3-21 business days.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipping.

6. Order Cut-off time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
