We offer a standard 1 year warranty which covers manufacturers defects, but does not cover misuse.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at infosaunasanctuary@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There will be a 30% restocking and handling fee for all returns, which means that you will be refunded 70% of your purchase price after the return has been accepted and processed.
