RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@mysaunasanctuary.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There will be a 30% restocking and handling fee for all returns, which means that you will be refunded 70% of your purchase price after the return has been accepted and processed.
