This innovative plunge allows you to enhance your cold therapy experience with the invigorating scents of eucalyptus and lemongrass, promoting relaxation and wellness.

Recognizing that many cold plunges lacked a medical perspective, Medical Sauna assembled a team of 48 doctors and engineers to develop a cold plunge optimized for therapeutic effectiveness. Through extensive research and testing, they identified key features needed to maximize the benefits of cold water therapy.

Medical Sauna focused on practical enhancements, such as a built-in timer to monitor your plunge duration without needing a phone, and dedicated, weather-resistant compartments for storing robes, towels, and other essentials. Their goal was to blend functionality with comfort, ensuring that every aspect of the Frozen cold plunge supports its therapeutic purpose while providing a superior user experience.
