Kala products come with a 3-year Limited Warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and offers a one-time replacement. Warranty determinations are Kala's sole discretion.

RETURNS

• All returned devices or products will not be eligible for subsequent trials after an initial return.
• We require a valid return tracking number within 30 days from the delivery confirmation for full refunds.
• Damages by customers will negate return/exchange eligibility. Returns must be undamaged for charity donations.
