Warranty
This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for one year from the original purchase date. The Cold Life will repair or replace defective products at its discretion. This warranty excludes damage from misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, poor water chemistry, freezing conditions, or any alteration. It does not cover commercial use, filters, or separately purchased items like protective covers.
Handmade in America, minor imperfections, scratches, or dents are normal and not considered defects. Outdoor units may experience weather-related wear. Customers must use genuine replacement parts and maintain proper care, as neglect voids the warranty. The chiller is covered for one year; filters are excluded.
The warranty is limited to repair or replacement and disclaims all implied warranties. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded. This warranty provides specific legal rights, which may vary by state.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately, changes to your order such as address change cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun. Let our customer support team know that your order is in good hands. We will do our best to fit your needs and fulfill your request.
How To Return My Items?
To initiate a return, please communicate with our customer support team, and they will instruct you on how to initiate a return. If a product is defective, you will never be charged with anything. For any order not covered by your product's warranty, we will charge restocking fees and will ask you to cover the return fees. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
