Briiv shipping, returns and warranty policies


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we canā€™t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Where the buyer has changed their mind about their purchase and wishes to return the item for reasons outside of faults or retailer error, the buyer pays return postage.

On rare occasions, we will receive items back to us as the postal or courierĀ service has been unable to deliver. We will notify you of the circumstances to arrange either redelivery or a refund. Redelivery will require postage to be paid by the customer in instances where theĀ local postal service or courier cannot deliver the shipment. The postage fee will vary depending on the shipping destination and service used and will be determined via correspondence between BriivĀ and the customer.

Items that are declared as delivered by the postal service or courier used in a customer's order will be considered delivered and Briiv hold no responsibility over the actions of third-party services, such as Royal Mail, in the carrying out of their duties. Refunds will not be given for itemsĀ declared as delivered though they have not reached their intended recipient.

In cases of refunds that are not in British Pound Sterling (GBP), Briiv will refund the British Pound Sterling (GBP) amount to the customer and are not responsible for variances in currency values againstĀ British Pound Sterling (GBP).

If an order is returned to us by the postal services due to, but not limited to, non-collection. incorrect/insufficient address details or being un-deliverable at the address given, we will refund the items in the order immediately.Ā The refund will not include shipping fees.

Orders are shipped to the address given in the order. If this address is incorrect, please contact as soon as possible to arrange alternative delivery information. If an item is sent out, it cannot be recalled. Any item sent to an incorrect or incomplete address may be returned to us but we are not given a time scale for return. We cannot refund items that are sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses before they are returned to us.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Domestic post (within the UK) has an estimated delivery timeĀ of 1-3 working days from date of postage. International post has an estimated delivery time of 5-7 working days from date of postage.Ā 

Shipments are handled by Royal Mail and FedEx. Where Royal Mail is used, the shipment will be handed over to the delivery partner within the destination country.

The receiver of goods purchased fromĀ will be responsible for all customs charges, duty, handling fees and other associated costs of import, unless otherwise stated as part of the shipping option selected.Ā 

All items shipped by Briiv are subject to the Postal Act 2011. Subject to this Act, we are legally prohibited from interfering with the mail, which includes delaying, attempting to redirect, reroute and/or redeliver items on the recipient's behalf. All redelivery or collection arrangements must be made by the intended recipient.

All items shipped are in transit on working days only (Monday - Friday) with some possible exceptions which vary by courier.

International shipments sent via Royal Mail (as selected at the point of purchase) will be handed to a delivery partner within a given territory. Often this is the domestic postal service but in some instances it will be a third-party delivery service. It may be possible to track an order via the delivery service provider to whom Royal Mail will provide the parcel.Ā At the point of entry into the region, Royal Mail will no longer have direct responsibility for the delivery of the order. After release from customs authorities, the in-country delivery service provider will attempt to deliver on Royal Mails behalf.

Refunds for lost, delayed or damaged post may only be claimed once the period for loss/delay has passed (20 working days for domestic orders, 25 working days for international orders) or when evidence of damage is presented to Briiv.

BriivĀ is not liable for any delays incurred by customs processes or delays occurring when an order is within the possession of a courier.
