Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately, changes to your order such as address change cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun. Let our customer support team know that your order is in good hands. We will do our best to fit your needs and fulfill your request.
How To Return My Items?
To initiate a return, please communicate with our customer support team, and they will instruct you on how to initiate a return. If a product is defective, you will never be charged with anything. For any order not covered by your product's warranty, we will charge restocking fees and will ask you to cover the return fees. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties.
