The Austin Air HealthMate® is designed to address everyday air quality concerns. Equipped with advanced HEPA technology, it efficiently removes airborne particles as small as 0.1 microns, such as dust, pet dander, and other fine pollutants. The filter’s carbon blend is also effective at capturing chemicals, gases, and odors. By using the HealthMate®, you can significantly improve the overall air quality in your home, ensuring a cleaner and fresher living environment.

Filter Specifications:

STAGE 1 – Large Particle Pre-filter. Removes particles easily seen by the naked eye (e.g. dust, hair and pet dander)

STAGE 2 – Medium Particle Pre-filter. Removes small to medium size particles (e.g. molds, spores and pollen)

STAGE 3 – Over 780 cubic inches of Activated Carbon and Zeolite.  Removes chemicals, gases and odors.

STAGE 4 – 60 sq. ft. of True Medical Grade HEPA. Removes 99.97% of all particles larger than 0.3 microns and 99% of all particles larger than 0.1 microns.

Your Austin Air cleaner is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5-years from the date of purchase; provided your Austin air purifier was operated under normal residential use and that you have completed and returned your warranty registration to Austin Air Systems.

Austin Air offers a 5-year pro-rated filter warranty, by far the most comprehensive in the industry. No more costly filter replacements every few months or years. Austin Air filters are designed to last for an unprecedented 5-years, under normal residential use.

How To Return My Items?

To initiate a return, please communicate with our customer support team, and they will instruct you on how to initiate a return. If a product is defective, you will never be charged with anything. For any order not covered by your product's warranty, we will charge restocking fees and will ask you to cover the return fees. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
