Kala shipping, returns and warranty policies

Duties & Policies

1. Return Policy:

  • All returned devices or products will not be eligible for subsequent trials after an initial return.
  • We require a valid return tracking number within 30 days from the delivery confirmation for full refunds.
  • Damages by customers will negate return/exchange eligibility. Returns must be undamaged for charity donations.
  • Kala Mask, Kala PEMF Mat, Kala Wrap, Kala Sauna Blanket, Kala Quad, Kala Duo, Kala Vertical Stand, Kala Horizontal Stand, Kala Goggles, and Kala Sauna are final sale and are not returnable.
  • A $15 restocking fee applies to all returns, emphasizing our eco-conscious commitment.

2. Shipping:

  • Kala covers initial shipping but not return shipping.
  • All shipping times are as stated at checkout, though we aim for faster deliveries.
  • Pre-order delivery times are estimates and can change.
  • For mixed orders of pre-order and in-stock items, shipping will be done when all items are available.

3. COVID-19 Update:

  • Hand deliveries are not accepted. Only verified couriers with trackable numbers are allowed for returns.

4. Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection, typically within 14 business days.

5. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations post-order placement aren't allowed. For returns, wait for product delivery and initiate the return process.

6. Warranty:

  • Kala products come with a 3-year Limited Warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and offers a one-time replacement. Warranty determinations are Kala's sole discretion.

7. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee:

  • Products can be returned within 30 days from purchase. Proof of purchase is necessary.
  • This guarantee is non-transferable and exclusive to Kala's official sales channels.
